More finicky, low quality results, but it would be dry within 15 minutes. Oil based, be it water soluble (like Caligo) or not, will take longer. Can take a couple weeks depending on climate. I have been experimenting with inks, pressure and inking and finally dialed it in. Gamblin Drive by press ink on cotton tees. Really have to stick to dry materials if you're going to stick to water based inks. Water based re-hydrate with water, so are not great for hand embellishing after. Richeson makes a rubber linoleum block that is a little sturdier than the pink speedball rubber blocks, but I find it easier to carve than the true linoleum blocks. It does smoosh a little if you’re printing hard with a press, but not as much as the pink rubber.It may also have an oil component. It’s very easy to transport and cheaper than any etching press. You are not going to get the same pressure as a real press, but you can get decent results.
